After I cut the channels where I’ll inlay the material I use my Granpa’s old hammer. He was a dentist and he used this hammer when he was making molds of peoples teeth, not sure exactly how. He was always a maker of things and musician, we use to talk a lot about wood working and I’m glad I got to share with him the beginnings of my luthier journey. I love being able to use his hammer on the rosettes.
